Faith Hill (født Audrey Faith Perry 21. september 1967 Ridgeland, Mississippi) er en amerikansk country-sanger.
6. oktober 1996 giftet seg hun med Tim McGraw, som også er en amerikansk country-sanger. De har barna Gracie Katherine (født 5. mai 1997), Maggie Elizabeth (født 12. august 1998 og Audrey Caroline (født 6. desember 2001).
Hun er adoptert og hennes fosterforeldre heter Edna og Ted Perry.
Hennes sang «There You'll Be» var soundtrack til filmen Pearl Harbor fra 2001.
Hun hadde en rolle i filmen The Stepford Wives fra 2004.
