Yes' diskografi er en liste over det engelske progressiv rock-bandet Yes' utgivelser.

Alle albumene utgitt i årene 1969 til 1981 ble utgitt av plateselskapet Atlantic Records. Mellom 1983 og 1987 var det Atco Records som sto for utgivelsene. Fra og med 1991 har Yes benyttet en rekke forskjellige plateselskaper til å utgi sine album. I 2010 skrev Yes under platekontrakt med Frontiers Records.[1]

I 2002 kjøpte Rhino Records opp rettighetene til hele Atlantic-katalogen, og ga i 2002, 2003 og 2004 ut nye remaster-versjoner av Yes' elleve første studioalbum. Disse utgivelsene inneholder også uutgitte låter, rariterer og alternative versjoner som bonusspor.

Bandet har solgt over 33 millioner album verden over[1].
