Unlocking the Past er et musikkalbum med coverlåter fra norske Jorn.

Albumet er Jorns femte utgivelse, men inneholder ikke noe nytt materiale. Albumet har derimot coverlåter fra band som er blant Jorns største innflytelser; Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Thin Lizzy, Whitesnake og Kiss.

Alle sporene er innspilt spesielt for albumet, unntatt «The Day the Earth Caught Fire» og «Burn», som er fra Jorns debutalbum Starfire. På albumet opptrer flere gjestemusikerne, blant annet gitarist Ronni Le Tekrø (TNT), Ralph Santolla, keyboardist Don Airey (Deep Purple) og tidligere trommeslager i TNT, John Macaluso.

Albumet ble utgitt 29. januar 2007, samme dag som samlealbumet The Gathering ble utgitt.
