Jørgen Munkeby (født 1980) er en norsk multiinstrumentalist, vokalist og produsent.
Han er best kjent fra bandet Shining, som ble dannet i 1999. Han spilte fløyte, altfløyte, tenorsaksofon, bassklarinett og keyboards i jazzbandet Jaga Jazzist fra 1994 til 2002. Han spiller også i Damp og Chrome Hill. Under Avignon Jazz Contest i Frankrike i 2001 vant han pris for beste solist med medlem av bandet Damp.[1] Han fikk Gammleng-prisen i klassen jazz/metal/impro i 2017.[2]
