Phyllanthaceae er en plantefamilie i ordenen Malpighiales, som inngår i gruppen Eurosidae I innenfor den store gruppen Rosidae. Denne familien har 59 slekter og omtrent 2330 arter. Tidligere ble de regnet til vortemelkfamilien (Euphorbiaceae).
Artene har en pantropisk utbredelse, og det er spesielt mange arter i Sørøst-Asia. Det er også noen arter i tempererte strøk, men de er ikke representert naturlig i floraen i Norge. De kan være både urter, busker og trær. Disse plantene har ikke lateks i motsetning til vortemelkfamilien i snever betydning.
