Glyptoscelis er en slekt av biller som tilhører familiegruppen bladbiller (Chrysomelidae).
Utseende[rediger | rediger kilde]
Middelsstore (7 - 10 millimeter), avlange, brunlige bladbiller, kroppen mer eller mindre kledt med lyse skjell, gjerne også tydelig hårete. Antennene er tynne. Dekkvingene er litt bredere enn pronotum.
Levevis[rediger | rediger kilde]
Både larvene og de voksne (imago) er planteetere.
Utbredelse[rediger | rediger kilde]
Slekten er utbredt i Nord-, Mellom- og Sør-Amerika, fra det sørlige Canada til Chile.
