Gary Brooker (født 29. mai 1945 i Hackney i London, vokst opp i Southend-on-Sea, Essex) er en engelsk musiker, kjent som frontfigur i Procol Harum.

Brooker ble kjent gjennom sine produksjoner i Procol Harum, hvor særlig samarbeidet med Keith Reid var vellykket. I 1967 sto de bak suksessen «A Whiter Shade of Pale». Etter at bandet ble oppløst i 1977, innledet Brooker en solokarriere og har vært gjestemusiker med blant andre Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Tim Renwick, Frankie Miller, Mickey Jupp, The Hollies, Alan Parsons Project, Allan Clarke, Kate Bush, Bill Wyman og Eric Clapton.

Brooker ble utnevnt til Member of the Order of the British Empire 14. juni 2003 i anerkjennelse av hans veldedige arbeid.
