«God Bless Our Homeland Ghana» er det vestafrikanske landet Ghanas nasjonalsang. Den ble innført i 1957, samme år som landet ble uavhengig fra Storbritannia.
Teksten har trekk som er typiske for flere afrikanske nasjonalsanger. Den fremhever behovet for enhet mellom de forskjellige stammer som utgjør befolkningen, og for å bygge en nasjon sammen. Den har også panafrikanistiske elementer; Ghanas første president, Kwame Nkrumah, regnes som en sentral person i panafrikanismens fremvekst.
