Sør-Khorasan

Sør-Khorasan (persisk: استان خراسان جنوبی‎ Ostān-e Khorāsān-e Jonūbī) er en av de trettien provinsene i Iran.^[5] Provinsen ligger helt øst i landet, og har et areal på 151 193 km².^[2] I 2016 hadde Sør-Khorasan 768 898 innbyggere.^[3] Administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Birjand.^[1]

Sør-Khorasan ble etablert 29. september 2004, etter en deling av landets tidligere største provins, Khorasan.^[1]^[6]
