Kohkiluyeh og Buyer Ahmad (persisk: استان کهگیلویه و بویراحمد‎ Ostān-e Kohgīlūye va Būyer-Ahmad, lurisk: استان کهگیلویه و بِیرَمَد Ostān-e Kohgīrūye-o Beyramad) er en av de trettien provinsene i Iran.^[3] Provinsens areal er 15 504 km². I 2016 hadde Kohkiluyeh og Buyer Ahmad 713 052 innbyggere.^[1] Administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Yasuj.
