Razavi-Khorasan, eller Khorasan-e-Razavi, (persisk: خراسان رضوی Ostān-e Khorāsān-e Razavi) er en av de trettien provinsene i Iran.^[3] Provinsen ligger nordøst i landet, og har et areal på 118 851 km².^[2] I 2016 hadde Razavi-Khorasan 6 434 501 innbyggere.^[2]^[4] Administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Mashhad.^[1]

Razavi-Khorasan ble etablert 29. september 2004, etter en deling av landets tidligere største provins, Khorasan.^[1]^[5]

Den nord-østlige delen av Razavi Khorasan samt provinsen Nord-Khorasan er befolket av kurdere som ble flyttet til regionen av Shah Abbas.^[6]^[7] ^[8] ^[9]
