Sharon Stone (født 10. mars 1958 i Meadville i Pennsylvania) er en amerikansk skuespiller. Hun er kanskje best kjent for sin rolle som «Catherine Tramell» i filmen Basic Instinct, i 1996 ble hun Oscarnominert i kategorien beste kvinnelige hovedrolle som «Ginger McKenna/Rothstein» i filmen Casino. Hun har fått en stjerne på Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Tidlig på 1990-tallet ble Stone medlem av Scientologikirken. Stone forble i dette trossamfunnet inntil nylig da hun konverterte til buddhisme etter at hennes venn, skuespilleren Richard Gere presenterte henne for Dalai Lama.
