Kinyongia er en slekt av kameleoner som er utbredt i Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda og lengst øst i Den demokratiske republikken Kongo. De ble tidligere regnet til slekten Bradypodion, men den slekten omfatter nå bare arter fra det sørlige Afrika. De fleste artene i Kinyongia lever i isolerte fjellskoger, og har en begrenset utbredelse. Hannene har ofte horn eller andre utvekster på snuten.
