Dvergkameleoner er en slekt av småvokste kameleoner. De fleste artene er endemiske for Sør-Afrika. Unntakene er Bradypodion setaroi som også finnes i det sørlige Mosambik, og Bradypodion transvaalense som går inn i Swaziland. Alle dvergkameleoner føder levende unger.
De østafrikanske artene som tidligere ble regnet til slekten Bradypodion, er nå flyttet til Kinyongia og Nadzikambia. Noen av artene i Bradypodion ble tidligere regnet til slektene Microsauria og Lophosaura.[1]

Denne oversikten bygger på The Reptile Database.[2] B. nkandlae ble beskrevet i 2008,[3] men har vist seg å være et synonym for B. nemorale.[4] Fylogenetiske undersøkelser har i tillegg påvist seks populasjoner, som ennå ikke er formelt beskrevet som arter.
