The Nothing Record Album (SGR 1002) er et samlealbum. Det opplyses at LP-en er spilt inn med bruk av «Nonaural Sound», og at den kan spilles av i stereo eller med en skarp nål. Innercoveret har en bruksanvisning om hvordan platen kan brukes som pølsekniv, som tallerken for pannekake med sirup, som prevensjon for golfspillere, som pizza med ost, pepperoni og sopp, etc. Det følger også med et spesielt innlagt tekstark med all lyrikken, naturligvis blankt på begge sider.

På bakre omslagsside står følgende råd; «for best results PLAY LOUD». Dessuten er det gjengitt en imponerende liste med anbefalinger fra kjente artister:
