San Nicolas (Bayan ng San Nicolas) er en kommune på Filippinene. Kommunen ligger på øya Luzon og tilhører provinsen Batangas.
Kommunen omfatter områder langs Taalsjøen og halvparten av Volcano Islans; det innebærer at en vesentlig del av vulkanen Taal ligger i kommunen.
