Arthur Christopher Orme Plummer, født 13. desember 1927 i Toronto, Ontario, Canada, er en canadisk skuespiller som først gjorde seg gjeldende på den canadiske scenen før han hadde debut på Broadway i 1952. Han har hatt en rekke ulike roller, pog er blant annet kjent gjennom ulike Shakespeare-tolkninger. Plummers kanskje mest kjente rolle for et bredt publikum er som baron von Trapp i Sound of Music.
