Global account

Thanks for your message on my user page. I've now created a global account. One small issue: There is a «Carpalim» on French Wikipedia who is not me. As far as I can see, this user was registered 24 March 2008 and doesn't have any edits.[1] Is it possible for me to get controll over the username «Carpalim» also on French Wikipedia? Global account

I'm trying to create a global account, but I'm having a few problems. Firstly, Usuario:Maneki Neko is not me. Secondly, I had to create another username on Wikidata, because of User:Maneki neko. I would like to use my regular username on Wikidata as well, but I don't know if that's possible. Hope you can help me. :) Maneki Neko (diskusjon) 19. jan. 2015 kl. 18:31 (CET)

@Maneki Neko: I've usurped the eswiki account following the m:Usurpation policy which makes your Maneki Neko account a completed global one. Please create such account for KittyCat too. As soon as both accounts are completed global ones and we stewards can use the account merge tool which is expected for late January/early February 2015, I can merge both your accounts. That action would combine all your edits done by multiple accounts with one global account, Maneki Neko for example. Please drop me a note by then.
