Ocumal er et distrikt i provinsen Luya i regionen Amazonas i Peru. Distriktet grenser til distriktet Ocalli i nord, til distriktene Inguilpata og Colcamar i øst, til distriktet Pisuquia i sør, til regionen Cajamarca i vest og til distriktet Providencia i vest. Distriktets nasjonale statistikkode er 010513 og hovedstaden er Collonce.

Distriktet ble opprettet den 5. februar 1861.
