Jonê (kinesisk: 卓尼县; pinyin: Zhuóní Xiàn) er et fylke i provinsen Gansu i Folkerepublikken Kina. Det ligger i det autonome prefekturet Gannan for tibetanerne.
Befolkningen var på 99 669 innbyggere i 1999.[1]
