Feng Jicai (forenklet kinesisk: 冯骥才; tradisjonell kinesisk: 馮驥才; pinyin: Féng Jìcái, født 9. februar 1942 i Tianjin i Kina) er en kinesisk forfatter, kalligraf og maler.

Som novelleforfatter dveler han særlig ved historiske begivenheter som er funnet sted i hans hjemby, Tianjin. Han utforsker også lokalhistorien på faglig høyt nivå.
