Félix de Almeida Mendonça (født 23. mars 1928 i Conceição do Almeida i Bahia i Brasil, død 26. juni 2020 i Salvador i Bahia), bedre kjent som bare Félix Mendonça, var en brasiliansk politiker og ingeniør.^[2]

Fra 1963 til 1966 var han borgermester i Itabuna. Han var medlem av deputertkammeret i Brasil for Partido Democrático Trabalhista, fra 1983 til 1987 og igjen fra 1991 til 2011.

Den 26. juni 2020 døde Mendonça i Salvador i Bahia i en alder av 92 år av covid-19.^[3]
