Bacarra (Bayan ng Bacarra) er en kommune på Filippinene. Kommunen ligger nord på øya Luzon og tilhører provinsen Ilocos Norte. I 2015 hadde Bacarra 32 215 innbyggere.^[2]

I Bacarra er kirken San Andres Apostol, en gammel spansk kirke. Direkte ved siden av står dens gamle klokketårn, som ble delvis ødelagt under et jordskjelv i 1983. To store sandstrender ligger ved Sørkinahavet.
