Adams County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Colorado. Det ligger i de sentrale delene av staten og det grenser mot Weld County i nord, Morgan County i nordøst, Washington County i øst, Arapahoe County og Denver County i sør, Jefferson County i vest og mot Broomfield County i nordvest.

Adams Countys totale areal er 3 102 km² hvorav 15 km² er vann. I 2000 hadde fylket 363 857 innbyggere og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Brighton^[1] og fylkets største by er Aurora.

Fylket ble grunnlagt i 1901 av land som ble skilt ut fra Arapahoe County og det har fått sitt navn etter guvernør Alva Adams.
