Shirley Douglas (født 2. april 1934 i Weyburn i Saskatchewan i Canada) er en kanadisk filmskuespiller og aktivist. Hun har en sønn Thomas fra første ekteskap, og tvillingene Rachel og Kiefer Sutherland fra sitt annet ekteskap, hun var gift med skuespilleren Donald Sutherland i tidsrommet 1966–1971.
