Anna Jacobson Schwartz (født 11. november 1915) er økonom ved National Bureau of Economic Research i New York City.

Anne Schwartz er mest berømt for samarbeidet sitt med Milton Friedman som førte til boken A Monetary History of the United States, 1867-1963 som hevder at endringer i pengepolitikken har store effekter på økonomien. De ga Federal Reserve mye av skylden for den store depresjonen.
