Sabrina Petra Ramet (født 26. juni 1949 i London som Pedro Ramet) er professor i statsvitenskap ved NTNU. Pedro Ramet ble amerikansk statsborger i 1966 og skiftet kjønn på 1980-tallet. Hun studerte ved Stanford University og University of Arkansas og UCLA, hvor hun har fått sin doktorgrad. Siden 2001 har hun vært professor ved NTNU.

Ramet er medlem av Det Norske Videnskaps-Akademi.
