Richard Parker (født 15. februar 1914 i Stanmore, Middlesex, død september 1990) var en engelsk forfatter, mest kjent for sine barne- og ungdomsbøker.
Han var en produktiv forfatter, og flere av hans beste beste bøker tilhører sjangrene oppvekstskildringer og guttebøker / adventure. På norsk er han bare kjent for fem korte lettlest-bøker.
