Qacha's Nek er et av ti distrikter i Lesotho. Det ligger sørøst i landet og grenser til distriktene Quthing i sørvest, Mohale's Hoek i vest og Thaba-Tseka i nord. Administrasjonssenteret er byen Qacha's Nek. Distriktet hadde 69 749 innbyggere ved folketellingen i 2006.[1]
Distriktet ble opprettet i 1910.[2]
