I Hear a New World: An Outer Space Fantasy er et konseptalbum av Joe Meek sammen med The Blue Men. Et fullt album ble innspilt i 1959, men bare en EP kom ut året etter, og den sågar begrenset til kun 99 eksemplarer. De planlagte utgivelsene av en EP nummer to og en LP ble forhindret av økonomiske problemer i plateselskapet Triumph Records. EP-en fikk ikke mye oppmerksomhet fra publikum, men hadde likevel stor innflytelse på senere popmusikk og studioarbeid.^[1] Albumet i sin helhet kom ut først i 1991 på vinyl, og i 2013 på CD.^[2]
