Park Jae-sang (koreansk: 박재상; født 31. desember 1977) er en sørkoreansk rapper, låtskriver, danser og plateprodusent.[3] bedre kjent under artistnavnet, Psy (koreansk:싸이, ofte skrevet PSY). Han er kjent som sine humoristiske videoklipp og sceneopptredner og har opptrådt på TV-programmer som, The Ellen Degeneres Show, Extra, Good Sunday: X-Man, The Golden Fishery, og Saturday Night Live.
PSY tok utdanning ved Boston University og Berklee School of Music, men fullførte aldri noen grad. Hans store musikkinspirasjoner er Eminem, 2Pac, Jay-Z, Dr. Dre og Queen.[trenger referanse]
Musikkvideoen til låten «Gangnam Style» er den mest sette videoen på YouTube.[4] Videoen er per 26. april 2012 sett over 1,5 milliard ganger.
