Earth, Wind & Fire er et legendarisk funk- og discoband som ble startet i Chicago, Illinois, USA i 1968.
Sangeren Maurice White og The Ramsey Lewis trio gikk sammen på 1960-tallet, bandet flyttet senere til Los Angeles der de tok sitt nåværende navn. I 1972 kom det flere medlemmer.
Gruppen er mest kjent for sin låt «September» som ble utgitt første gang i 1978.
