Earth, Wind & Fire er et legendarisk funk- og discoband som startet opp i Chicago, Illinois, USA i 1968.
Sangeren Maurice White og The Ramsey Lewis trio gikk sammen på 60-tallet, bandet flyttet senere til Los Angeles der de tok sitt nåværende navn. I 1972 kom det flere medlemmer.
