Alive III er det tredje konsertalbumet fra hard rock-bandet Kiss, utgitt i mai 1993.

Innspillingene fant sted 27., 28. og 29. november 1992 i henholdsvis Cleveland, Detroit og i Indianapolis. Dette var bandets første konsertalbum siden utgivelsen av Alive II i 1977.
