Grain Valley er en by i Jackson County, Missouri i USA. Grain Valley ligger litt øst for, og er en forstad til Kansas City. Befolkningen var på 12 854 i 2010 [3], og estimert til 13 684 i 2016.[4] Området ligger 37 km øst for sentrum av Kansas City.

Grain Valley ble grunnlagt i 1870-årene.[5] Byen har fått navnet sitt etter alt kornet som ble produsert i området.[6] Et postkontor kalt Grain Valley har vært i drift siden 1879.[7]
