Diskusjon:Sammatti

What does the word "by" mean in Norwegian? In Swedish it is "village", which is what Sammatti truly is, but according to my dictionary in Norwegian "by" means "city" or "town". In Finnish that would be "kaupunki". Sammatti is not one. --Oami 9. mai 2006 kl.11:11 (UTC)
