Dionisio Miranda (født 8. april 1947 i Baguio på Filippinene) er en katolsk prest og teolog.
Han ble presteviet 1973 for kongregasjonen Societas Verbi Divini[1] og disputerte i moralteologi 1984 vid Accademia Alfonsiano i Roma. Han er forfatter av bøker og et stort antall artikler innen teologi.
Han ble rektor for University of San Carlos i 2008.
