Sally Kirkland (født 31. oktober 1941) er en amerikansk skuespiller.
Kirkland ble oppkalt etter sin mor, Sally Kirkland, som var moteredaktør i Vogue og LIFE Magazine, og hun vokste opp i Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Hennes far, Frederic McMichael Kirkland, jobbet innen en skrapmetall-virksomhet. Hun var guddatter av skuespilleren Shelley Winters.
Kirkland begynte å opptre Off Broadway i 1962, og hun har påstås å ha vært den første skuespilleren som viste seg naken i vanlig teater, i en produksjon av Sweet Eros i 1968. På 1970-tallet hadde hun mindre roller i populære filmer som The Sting, The Way We Were, A Star Is Born og Private Benjamin.
Kirkland fikk en Oscar-nominasjon for beste kvinnelige hovedrolle i 1987 for Anna, en rolle hun også vant en Golden Globe Award for som beste kvinnelige skuespiller i et drama. Kirkland underviser yoga og meditasjon. Hun er også helseaktivist som taler for kvinner som er blitt skadet av brystimplantater. Hun grunnla Kirkland Institute for Implant Survival Syndrome i august 1998. I oktober 2006 sluttet Kirkland seg til Arun Gandhi, barnebarn av Mahatma Gandhi, og marsjerte for fred i Los Angeles.
