Kill Hannah er et rockeband fra Chicago i USA. Bandet ble stiftet i 1994 og har til nå gitt ut seks album.
Navnet deres kommer av at vokalisten Mat Devine i 1994 innledet et intenst og het forhold med en jente som het Hannah. Forholdet endte med Mats første hjertesorg. Kompisene kom da på at de ville kalle bandet for Kill Hannah.
