Tracey Ullman (født 30. desember 1959 i Slough, Buckinghamshire) er en britisk skuespiller, sanger, dramatiker og forfatter.

Hun hadde eget show i USA; The Tracey Ullman Show, fra 1987 til 1990. Hun hadde flere hits på 1980-tallet som sanger, blant annet «Breakaway», «They Don't Know», «Sunglasses» og «Move Over Darling». Hun har vunnet mange priser, blant annet en Golden Globe Award for beste skuespiller i en TV-serie, syv Emmy Awards og syv American Comedy Awards.
