Skinny Puppy er et canadisk syntband i genren industrial. Det ble startet i 1982 i Vancouver i British Columbia av cEvin Key (Kevin Crompton), Nivek Ogre (Kevin Ogilvie) og teknikeren/produsenten Dave ”Rave” Ogilvie.
