Gunnison County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Colorado. Det ligger i de sentrale delene av staten og det grenser mot Pitkin County i nord, Chaffee County i øst, Saguache County i sørøst, Hinsdale County i sør, Ouray County i sørvest, Delta County og Montrose County i vest og mot Mesa County i nordvest.

Gunnison Countys totale areal er 8 442,71 km² hvorav 54,23 km² er vann. Ved folketellingen i 2010 hadde fylket 15 324^[1] innbyggere og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Gunnison^[1] som også er fylkets største by.

Fylket ble grunnlagt i 1877 av land som ble skilt ut fra Lake County og det har fått sitt navn etter kaptein John Gunnison.
