Groupama-FDJ (tidl. Française des Jeux /FDJ) er et profesjonelt, fransk sykkellag. Laget ble stiftet i 1997, og har hele tiden vært sponset av det franske nasjonallotteriet. Laglederen heter Marc Madiot, en tidligere proffsyklist og vinner av Paris–Roubaix. Laget er dominert av franske ryttere.
