Washington County er et fylke i den amerikanske delstaten Maine. Det ligger øst i staten, USAs østligste territorium, og grenser mot Hancock County i sørvest, Aroostook County i nordvest og mot Penobscot County i nordvest. Det har også grense mot Canada i nord og øst.
Washington Countys totale areal er 8 430 km² hvorav 1 778 km² er vann. I 2000 hadde fylket 33 941 innbyggere og administrasjonssenteret ligger i byen Machias.
Fylket ble grunnlagt i 1789 som Washington County, Massachusetts av land fra Lincoln County.
