Uta Frith (født 25. mai 1941 i Rockenhaus i Landkreis Rockenhausen i Tyskland), født som Uta Aurnhammer, er en tysk utviklingspsykolog som arbeider ved institutt for nevrovitenskap ved University College London. Hun har vært en pioner innen mye av den nåværende forskningen på autisme[14][15][16][17][18] og dysleksi[19][20] og har skrevet flere bøker om disse emnene.[21]
Hennes bok Autism: Explaining the Enigma[22][23] gir en innledning i autismens kognitive nevrovitenskap. Blant hennes elever er Tony Attwood,[24] Margaret Snowling,[25] Simon Baron-Cohen[26] og Francesca Happé.[27]
