TLC er en amerikansk R&B-gruppe som består av Tionne Watkins («T-Boz») og Rozonda Thomas («Chili»). Lisa Lopes («Left Eye») var opprinnelig det tredje medlemmet i bandet, men døde i 2002. TLC kan forstås både som en forkortelse for kallenavnene og som en forkortelse for «tender, loving care». Ifølge RIAA (Recording Industry Association of America) og Billboard har TLC solgt mer enn 50 millioner plater over hele verden, noe som gjør dem til den mest solgte kvinnelige R&B-gruppen gjennom tidene.

I 1991 dannet Watkins og Thomas en gruppe kalt 2nd Nature med Chrystal Jones. Jones forlot bandet ikke lenge etter og TLC ble opprettet i stedet. I 1995 og 1996 oppnådde de en del suksess med albumet CrazySexyCool og sangene «Waterfalls» og «Digging on You».
Tidlig i 2002 rett før utgivelsen av bandets fjerde album omkom Lisa i en bilulykke på Honduras. Albumet 3D inneholder innspillinger hvor alle tre er med.
I 2005 var Tionne og Rozanda med i en Reality-TV-serie kalt R U the girl, hvor premien var å få spille inn én sang og få opptre en gang med de gjenværende medlemmene av bandet. I årene etter Lisa Lopes døde ga Tionne og Rozanda ut materiale på hver sin kant og samarbeidet innimellom, før de i 2009 offentliggjorde at de skulle spille inn nye sanger sammen.
Billboard magasin har kåret TLC til en av tidenes beste musikalske trioer. Tilsammen har gruppen hatt fire #1 hits, inkludert «Creep», «Waterfalls», «No Scrubs» og «Unpretty». Og de har vunnet fire Grammy Awards.
