Shohreh Aghdashloo (persisk: شهره آغداشلو, født 11. mai 1952 i Teheran i Iran) er en iransk-amerikansk filmskuespiller.
I 2003 var hun Oscar-nominert for beste birolle som «Nadereh 'Nadi' Behrani» i filmen Hus i sand og skodde (House of Sand and Fog) der hun spilte mot blant andre Ben Kingsley og Jennifer Connelly.
