San Pascual er en filippinsk kommune i provinsen Masbate. Den ligger nord på øya Burias,og omfatter også de mindre øyene Busing, Templo (eller Iniwaran) og seks ubefolkede og enda mindre øyer. San Pascual hadde 46 674 innbyggere i 2015.
