O. Henry Award, eller O. Henry-prisen, er en amerikansk litteraturpris som årlig deles ut som påskjønnelse for særdeles velskrevne noveller. Prisen er oppkalt etter den amerikanske novellekunstneren O. Henry.

Hvert år gis det også ut en novellesamling kalt The PEN/O. Henry Prize Stories, som inneholder de tyve beste novellene som har blitt publisert i amerikanske og canadiske tidsskrifter i det aktuelle året.

Frem til 2002 ble det utdelt en førstepremie, en andrepremie og en tredjepremie. Fra 2003 til 2019 bestod juryen av tre medlemmer som hver valgte ut en novelle de mente var særlig interessant eller velskrevet; novellesamlingen kalles The PEN/O. Henry Prize Stories, og den aller første samlingen som ble utgitt hadde tittelen Prize Stories 1919: The O. Henry Memorial Awards.

Fra 2021 har en utvalgt gjesteredaktør redigert en antologi over det aktuelle årets beste noveller. Det er gjesteredaktøren som bestemmer hvilke noveller som skal med i samlingen.[1][2]
