JK Tammeka Tartu er en estisk fotballklubb fra Tartu. Klubben oppstod da to klubber fra Tartu, Maag (Merkuur) Tartu og Tammeka Tartu ble slått sammen i 2006. Det nye navnet var JK Maag Tammeka Tartu, men i 2009 stoppet lagets hovedsponsor, AS Maag-gruppen, støtte, så navnet ble endret til JK Tammeka Tartu.^[1] De spiller i Meistriliiga, det høyeste nivået i Estlands seriesystem. Tamme Staadion er lagets hjemmebane.
