International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association (ILGA eller ILGBTIA) er en internasjonal ikke-statlig organisasjon som består av over 1 300 LHBTI-organisasjoner i 140 land. Den jobber for lesbiskes, homofiles, bifiles, transpersoners og interseksuelles rettigheter. Organisasjonen har konsultativ status i FNs økonomiske og sosiale råd. Den ble grunnlagt i 1978 og sekretariatet ligger i Genève.[3]
